Ray’s passion for quality HVAC service proved contagious. His son, Matt, following the trail blazed by his father, joined the company as an installation technician. Through years of hands-on experience and deep-seated learning, Matt immersed himself in every facet of the business. Ascending the ranks, he eventually assumed the role of company president, a testament to his dedication and a legacy to his father’s vision. Today, Matt continues to uphold Ray’s original mission: to serve our customers with unmatched service and product quality, treating them with the same respect and care we would want to be treated.
